This patented technology offers adhesive sealing films where the adhesive is only in the colored pattern, no adhesive over the sample. The pattern adhesive films are suitable for polypropylene and polystyrene microplates and are available in 2 mil thick PTFE film.

The Pattern Adhesive Sealing Films are also available with pre-slit or X-Cut centers.

  • The pre-slit center can improve performance with autosamplers and liquid handlers by reducing or even eliminating the force needed to pierce the sealing film. Thus enabling sample retrieval or additions to the plate well using plastic pipette tips.
  • The X-Cut also eliminates the possibility of coring the sealing film material and clogging the autosampler needle.
